This Privacy Policy provides information regarding the processing of your personal data when you use services and/or engage services and/or purchase products from or on behalf of a company or companies that are part of the Press Kit Criativo group of companies (or simply “we”), as:
a. a customer, understood as the legal entity and/or individual that engages services and/or products from Press Kit Criativo or through it, on an occasional or regular basis, with or without an underlying commercial relationship;
b. a visitor to a Press Kit Criativo website (“Website” or “Press Kit Criativo Website”);
c. a user of a Press Kit Criativo application or of other applications that Press Kit Criativo integrates with and/or participates in (“Press Kit Criativo Applications”).
If you choose to do so, a personal profile will be created so that you can use and navigate these Press Kit Criativo services (through “Single Registration” or “Single Sign On”).

Press Kit Criativo collects information and data, including personal data about you, as a Press Kit Criativo customer, a user of Press Kit Criativo Applications, and/or a visitor to a Press Kit Criativo Website.

a. The information you provide to us – when you create a Press Kit Criativo account profile, or when you engage its services and/or products, we will request your name, email address, and gender (so that we may address you appropriately, although you are not required to provide this information), personal documents, including your Registro Geral (RG, Brazilian national identity card) number and your Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF, Brazilian individual taxpayer registry) number, your contact preferences and the information necessary to answer a security question, as well as bank details, corporate documents (where applicable), the residence information of the Press Kit Criativo user and/or customer, and your communication preferences and mobile telephone number.
b. In the case of legal entities, in addition to the documents listed in the preceding item, we will also request the Cadastro Nacional de Pessoas Jurídicas (CNPJ, Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry) card, the latest registered version of the Articles of Association or Bylaws, as well as the RADAR registration and any other documents required by the Receita Federal do Brasil (Brazilian Federal Revenue Service) for export and/or import transactions.
c. Information we obtain through your use of Press Kit Criativo services – we will also collect information about how and where you use or purchase Press Kit Criativo services and products. Such information may include information from electronic devices, IP addresses, log information, browser type and preferences, location information, and online identifiers that enable “cookies” and similar technologies.
Your purchase and/or engagement history includes data regarding (i) the specific products you purchase and/or engage, (ii) the total amount of your purchases and/or engagements per transaction, (iii) who made the purchase and the time and place of the purchases you make, and (iv) the payment method you use, including payment methods previously used.
Depending on the service and/or product purchased or engaged, Press Kit Criativo may also require additional documents and data, which will be processed under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Press Kit Criativo’s purposes for processing your data.
The personal data covered by this Privacy Policy is processed only:
a. with the explicit and unambiguous consent of the data subject and/or of their legal representative; or
b. where necessary to complete a transaction with you (such as payment information); or
c. where necessary for Press Kit Criativo to comply with a legal obligation. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, provided that the withdrawal is expressly stated.
This will not affect the validity of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to Press Kit Criativo, in a structured, digital format, and to transmit that data to a third party, where technically feasible and provided that it does not impose costs on Press Kit Criativo.

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes referred to above and will be shared only on a strict need-to-know basis with:
a. Other companies that are part of the Press Kit Criativo group of companies;
b. With your prior consent, third-party companies authorized in cooperation with Press Kit Criativo that may provide products and/or services to users of the Press Kit Criativo Website or software programs, in order to implement and/or adapt by-design measures to achieve a greater degree of effectiveness of their services and/or products;
c. Authorized service providers involved in mobile payments, as well as banking institutions and/or credit scoring services;

Press Kit Criativo may also share your data with third parties pursuant to a court order, and may not be held liable for such disclosures.
